Preparing for your appointment

To get the best results from your sugaring appointment, please arrive with clean, dry skin—free of lotions, oils, or deodorants. Make sure your hair is at least 1/8 to 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) for effective removal. Exfoliate gently 24–48 hours before your appointment to help prevent ingrown hairs, but avoid exfoliating on the day of. Let us know if you’re using any skincare products like retinols or acne treatments. We want to ensure a smooth experience—literally!
